We've been crafting clean hair care, body wash, lotions, and bath products in San Francisco since 1996, and we apply the same commitment to purity and transparency to our shipping practices.

Free shipping on orders $49+. Flat-rate $11.99 shipping on smaller orders. 14-day returns accepted. Recyclable packaging on every shipment.

Shipping Policies

Continental US Shipping

Standard Shipping:
- Orders $1-$49: $11.99 flat rate
- Orders $49+: FREE shipping
- Typical delivery: 5-7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground

What We Ship: All Griffin Remedy products—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bubble bath, hand soap, bar soap, facial care, and refills—ship from our San Francisco facility.

Packaging: All orders ship in recyclable cardboard boxes with minimal plastic. We use recycled packing materials whenever possible, consistent with our commitment to clean ingredients and sustainable practices.

Non-Continental US Shipping

Alaska & Hawaii: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but rates vary based on location and order weight. Please contact us at 415-695-0800 (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM PST) or email info@griffinremedy.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Guam & Puerto Rico: We are currently unable to ship to Guam or Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience and are exploring logistics partners to expand availability.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United States.

Order Processing & Tracking

Processing Time: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Tracking Information: You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Track your package through FedEx, USPS or UPS using the tracking number provided.

Return & Exchange Policies

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must be returned to our warehouse within this window to qualify for a refund or exchange.

What You Can Return:
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Products that arrived damaged or defective
- Incorrect items shipped by error

What Cannot Be Returned:
- Products opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us: Email info@griffinremedy.com or call 415-695-0800 (Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM PST) with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive instructions: We'll provide return instructions and confirm your return eligibility.
3. Ship your return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Receive your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at 415-695-0800 or info@griffinremedy.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes, scents, or products of equal or lesser value.

How Exchanges Work:
1. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to request an exchange.
2. Ship the original item back to our warehouse.
3. Once we receive the original item, we'll ship your replacement at no additional charge.
