Are Griffin Remedy shampoos sulfate-free?

Can I use natural shampoo every day?

Yes. Our gentle, sulfate-free formulas are safe for daily use. The Daily Renewal Shampoo is specifically designed for frequent washing. However, most people benefit from washing 2-3 times per week to maintain natural scalp oil balance. Adjust frequency based on your hair type—oily hair may need more frequent washing, while dry or curly hair benefits from less frequent shampooing.

Do natural shampoos lather and clean as well as regular shampoo?

Yes, but differently. Natural shampoos use plant-based surfactants that create a lighter lather than sulfate-based shampoos, but they clean just as effectively without stripping natural oils. You may notice less foam initially—this is normal and doesn't indicate reduced cleaning power. The absence of harsh sulfates actually protects your hair's natural moisture barrier.

Are Griffin Remedy shampoos safe for color-treated hair?

Yes. Our Color Extend Shampoo is specifically formulated with cranberry seed oil and green tea extract to protect color vibrancy.
